SUMMARY
We obtained a substantial dataset from a French judicial officer practice. The archive contains tens of thousands of documents spanning 2022 through 2026, with the heaviest concentration from 2023 onward. The data originates from a network share and includes complete case files for debt collection, enforcement proceedings, mortgage registrations, and judicial actions.
The dataset covers multiple sectors: healthcare entities (pharmacies), manufacturing companies, financial institutions, and legal proceedings. Individual debtors are identified by name across thousands of case files. The material includes bank account details, property records, court judgments, seizure documentation, and correspondence with government agencies.
This is operational data from an active judicial practice. Every document relates to ongoing or concluded legal proceedings involving real individuals and businesses.
WHAT WE HAVE
Personal Data
The dataset contains personal information on thousands of individual debtors. Each case file includes identity documents, correspondence addresses, and financial details. We found copies of national identity cards, driver's licenses, and other government-issued identification embedded within case files.
Bank account records are present throughout the dataset. These include RIB documents (French bank account details) showing IBAN numbers, bank names, and account holder information. Property ownership records link individuals to specific real estate holdings with parcel numbers and land registry references.
The data enables direct identification of individuals, their financial obligations, their assets, and in many cases their current legal exposure.
Financial Records
Debt portfolios form a significant portion of the dataset. We have detailed breakdowns of outstanding amounts, payment histories, and account statements. The documents include credit agreements, loan contracts, and financing arrangements for vehicles and equipment.
Collection records show payment attempts, partial payments, and outstanding balances. Bank seizure documentation contains the procedural records for account garnishments. Mortgage files include property valuations, lien registrations, and foreclosure proceedings.
Legal Proceedings
Court documents are present in volume. We have judgments, injunctions, summonses, and enforcement orders from multiple jurisdictions. The dataset includes:
Court judgments with debtor names and amounts owed
Injunctions to pay with full procedural history
Summons and service documentation
Seizure orders for vehicles, bank accounts, and real property
Mortgage enforcement proceedings
Each legal file contains the complete documentary record: the original claim, court filings, service proofs, and enforcement actions.
Healthcare Sector Records
Pharmacy inspection reports are included in the dataset. These documents cover multiple pharmacy businesses and contain operational and financial information. The records relate to regulatory compliance and business operations.
Government Agency Correspondence
The dataset includes extensive correspondence with URSSAF, the French social security collection agency. These files contain employer contribution records, payment histories, and enforcement actions related to social security obligations.
Property and Real Estate Records
Mortgage documentation covers residential and commercial properties. We have land registry extracts, property descriptions, ownership records, and lien filings. The files include cadastral references, parcel numbers, and detailed property information sufficient to identify real estate holdings across multiple regions.
The full scope of the dataset has been catalogued and indexed.
WHO CAN RECEIVE THIS DATA
Regulators
The French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) has jurisdiction over this breach. The dataset contains personal data subject to GDPR protections. Affected individuals have rights to notification and remedy. The nature of the data—legal proceedings, financial obligations, property records—creates clear regulatory exposure.
Individuals Named in the Files
Thousands of debtors can be notified directly. Their case files contain current addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Each individual can receive documentation of their own legal exposure, financial details, and property records.
Media
The involvement of a judicial officer practice creates a story with natural interest. Court officers hold positions of public trust. The breach of procedural documents, enforcement actions, and debtor files raises questions about the security of sensitive legal proceedings.
Competitors and Market Participants
Debt portfolios have commercial value. Information about outstanding claims, debtor locations, and asset ownership can inform competitive intelligence. Property records linked to financial exposure provide insight into regional markets.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
The dataset can be transmitted to CNIL as evidence of personal data exposure under GDPR
Affected individuals can be contacted directly using the contact information present in their case files
Court judgments and enforcement documents can be published, showing named debtors and their legal obligations
Property records with ownership details can be cross-referenced and distributed
Banking and financial details can be exposed, enabling targeted fraud or identity misuse
Pharmacy business records can be circulated within the healthcare sector
Government agency correspondence can be reviewed for procedural or compliance implications
The complete archive can be indexed and made searchable, creating a permanent record accessible to future searches, due diligence inquiries, and background checks
Other parties obtaining this data independently can use it for their own purposes—fraud groups, identity thieves, competitors, or investigators—without coordination or attribution
