We have released the complete R&D archive for the critical MONOLITH IC Display Housing, along with the way it interfaces geometrically and structurally with the vehicle’s primary dashboard cross-member, the Cross Car Beam (CCB). This package includes:

The complete design evolution: all engineering versions from August 2024 through June 2025, including the full progression of V1, V2, and V3 revisions, as well as the structural Rib Chop modifications.

Highly confidential simulation results: numerical solver files from Stiffness Studies, along with stress-distribution and Strain Energy Plot results for the component. Data that competitors would otherwise have had to obtain through hundreds of hours of supercomputer time and millions of dollars in simulation costs is now available to them with a single click.
