SUMMARY
We obtained a substantial dataset from a German logistics and warehousing operation. The archive contains tens of thousands of files spanning from 2021 through 2026, covering the full scope of business operations. Over a hundred named individuals are documented across employee records, expense reports, and correspondence.
The dataset includes complete financial documentation, human resources files, customer tender packages, chemical safety data sheets, and accounting exports formatted for German tax software. Internal pricing calculations, payment records, and bank statements provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial position and business relationships.
WHAT WE HAVE
Personal Data
The dataset contains extensive employee documentation. We have hundreds of employment contracts, salary records, and personnel files. Expense reports spanning multiple years document the names, travel patterns, and reimbursement claims of over a hundred individuals.
Driver's licenses, work certificates, and employment references are present in the archive.
Personnel files include both current and former employees. Terminations, disciplinary actions, and contract amendments are documented alongside standard onboarding materials. The dataset enables direct identification of individuals with associated personal and financial details.
Financial Records
Financial documentation forms the bulk of the dataset. Tens of thousands of invoices document the company's transaction history. Bank statements, payment records, and account summaries provide visibility into cash flows and banking relationships.
Annual financial statements and tax assessments
VAT documentation for Austrian operations
DATEV accounting exports in standard German format
Depreciation schedules and asset calculations
Credit memos and reconciliation documents
Pricing calculations and service rate sheets detail the company's cost structure and margin expectations. This information reveals how the company prices its logistics and warehousing services.
Legal & Compliance
The archive contains hundreds of legal documents. Employment contracts, termination letters, and contract amendments are present. Tender packages submitted to major customers include pricing proposals, service level commitments, and cooperation agreements.
Power of attorney documents, commercial register filings, and lease agreements are included. Correspondence with tax authorities and regulatory bodies documents the company's compliance posture.
Operations & Logistics
Over a hundred safety data sheets document the chemical products handled at company facilities. These sheets detail hazardous materials including various industrial compounds, curing agents, and chemical intermediates.
Warehouse capacity calculations, inventory records, and storage rate sheets provide visibility into operational parameters. Transport documentation and damage reports show the nature and volume of goods moved.
Healthcare Data
Dozens of prescription records are present in the dataset. These documents contain medical information associated with named individuals.
WHO CAN RECEIVE THIS DATA
Regulators
The dataset contains personal data subject to GDPR. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) has jurisdiction over German companies in this sector. The presence of employee records, salary data, and personal identifiers creates clear regulatory exposure.
Tax authorities may have interest in the complete financial records, accounting exports, and cross-border VAT documentation.
Individuals
Over a hundred named individuals can be contacted directly. The dataset contains sufficient information to identify former and current employees, including their compensation details, disciplinary records, and personal documents.
Competitors
Pricing calculations, tender submissions, and service rate sheets reveal the company's cost structure and bidding strategy. Customer relationship documentation shows which accounts the company serves and under what terms. This information enables competitors to undercut pricing or target customer relationships.
Media
A logistics company losing employee salary data, chemical handling records, and customer tender packages presents a clear story. The combination of personal data exposure with operational documentation creates multiple angles for coverage.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
The dataset can be transmitted to the Bavarian Data Protection Authority with notification of the breach scope
Named individuals can receive direct communication about their exposed personal data
Pricing calculations and tender documents can be shared with competitors in the logistics sector
Safety data sheets and operational records can be distributed to parties interested in the company's chemical handling activities
The complete archive can be published, making it permanently searchable and indexed
Once published, this data becomes available to other threat actors, identity thieves, and competitive intelligence gatherers independently
