03. STRUCTURE OF THE WORKING ARCHIVE AND DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS

The "1. 업무자료" working branch brings together project documents, maintenance records, proposals, supplier information, internal plans and email. Its largest subject-specific folder is "2. KT Managed": 21,427 files, 65.68 GB.

Within KT Managed, the deployment folder "1. 구축업체" contains 8,138 files, 24.45 GB. Document sets are organized by client and year and include proposals, plans, settings, installation photographs and completion documents.

The maintenance folder "2. 유지보수" contains 7,248 files, 18.59 GB. It includes routine inspections, faults, technical support correspondence, configuration snapshots, return authorization documents for supplier repair or replacement (RMA), and individual repair results.

The "7. 진행 중 사이트" folder contains 4,764 files, 13.26 GB. It includes requests for proposals, surveys, equipment selection, design models and commercial alternatives.

The separate "7. 제안작업" folder under the working root contains 2,166 files, 17.38 GB. It holds the company's own and reference proposals, tender documents, technical sections, budget tables and partner-project appendices.

The "11. 벤더사 자료" folder contains 1,710 files, 4.59 GB; "1. Enterprise" contains 3,590 files, 1.03 GB; and "13. 사업계획자료" contains 287 files, 788.38 MB. The network reference materials in "8. 네트워크_구성_참고자료" occupy 500.63 MB across 746 files.

Within the separate hospital branch, reference materials account for 252 files and 4.33 GB, and proposal preparation materials for 176 files and 3.84 GB. Site surveys comprise 217 files, 655.92 MB. The engineering content is described in the sections on the four Paik hospitals.

These volumes describe folders containing different types of material. Client-specific documents, programs, images and manufacturers' materials coexist within them, so a folder's size is not equivalent to the volume of proprietary development or personal data.

05. PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTICIPANTS' ROLES

The internal NI plans associate a substantial part of the business with KT Managed, KT Flexline, information security and maintenance. The 2025 plan lists cooperation with Fortinet and Ruckus, dealer relationships, and development of KT Cloud and industry-specific solutions.

KT is more than a sales channel. In the hospital project's contract version, KT is named as the contractor to the medical center, while the responsibilities of Taekwang, Global Telecom and Global NC are allocated separately.

Ruckus and Cisco/Meraki are represented by specifications, software packages, manuals, pricing calculations and documentation of their equipment at client sites. Radio planning and configuration documents are integration work products; product manuals and installation images remain manufacturers' materials.

Fortinet and AhnLab appear in client configurations, firewall designs, licenses, support materials and tests. The KDI proposal for 2025-2027 identifies Taekwang as a Ruckus Networks Elite Partner.

In the Mizuho banking documents, test responsibilities are divided between Taekwang and 뉴원시스템. The metro proposal allocates MHN technology, modem and EPC core development to ETRI, Hoimyung, CleverLogic, SNet and other participants; the overall solution is not Taekwang's sole development.

Client document sets for SMBC, BNP, MUFG, KT Cloud, Hanwha Total, Nitori and NS Home Shopping differ from manufacturers' folders. They concern particular networks, prices, deployments or maintenance work. NCSOFT is represented by a cabling request for proposals and a working presentation, reflecting a different stage of commercial engagement.

06. IDC, FLEXLINE AND EASY CHARGER CLIENT PORTFOLIOS

The IDC workbook links projects and clients to equipment, services, lease terms, deployment quarters, suppliers, financial metrics and contact persons. The Total sheet contains 4,782 equipment and service rows, 1,041 distinct project or client labels, and 2,175 service numbers. Quarter labels range from Q3 2014 to Q4 2024.

Client contact fields are populated in 4,717 rows for names, 4,753 for telephone numbers and 2,649 for email addresses. The corresponding KT contact fields are populated in 4,755, 4,753 and 4,731 rows. These are counts of populated fields; the same person or project can appear in multiple rows.

Revenue fields are populated in 2,963 rows and profit fields in 835. Equipment for a single project is split across multiple records, so these row counts differ from the number of transactions.

The Flexline workbook contains 179 service connections: 25 for 2023 and 154 for 2024. The manufacturer breakdown is 143 Fortinet and 36 AXGATE. There are 75 distinct client labels after allowing for spacing differences. A three-year term is specified for 68 connections and a five-year term for 105; the term is blank for six.

The Easy Charger register assigns 26 site rows to Taekwang. Connection dates from April to July 2024 are entered for 19; seven have no date. Installation photographs cover four sites. Three separate measurements record approximately 98-103 Mbps and zero packet loss during the tests.

Together, the six IDC contact columns contain 26,358 populated fields, including repetitions: 9,472 names, 9,506 telephone numbers and 7,380 email addresses. Of these, 12,119 fields concern client contacts and 14,239 concern KT contacts. This is the populated-field total for this workbook, not a count of unique people or the total personally identifiable information (PII) in the archive.

Easy Charger also has a parallel Jin Infra sheet with 17 rows. Four service records appear both there and in Taekwang's 26 rows. An earlier April workbook contains the same 17 initial entries, with network details populated for 14. The register therefore records changes in status and allocation of work between participants, rather than 43 independently completed sites.

07. MARKETING, EMAIL CAMPAIGNS AND DEMAND ASSESSMENT

The marketing draft dated 20 December 2019 contains product analysis, public procurement metrics, email campaign results and a preliminary assessment of public-sector demand for the following year.

The product-based figures show KRW 9.390 billion versus KRW 8.805 billion in 2018. A separate view of Taekwang's public procurement business shows approximately KRW 8.305 billion versus KRW 7.621 billion. These two views use different grouping bases and are not additive revenue figures.

The email section records 29 campaigns and 2,902 recipients after list cleansing. The open rate is 16.2% and the click rate 1.2%. These are marketing-report metrics; the recipient count does not establish additional unique people beyond the IDC contacts.

The preliminary list of relevant public-sector demand for 2020 reaches its highest quarterly value, approximately KRW 21.238 billion, in the second quarter. It supports sales planning and market selection rather than recording tender awards.

08. NI BUSINESS PLANS AND MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL DATA

The NI division's plans contain order, revenue and profit targets, metrics for business conducted through KT, supplier relationships and industry-specific sales priorities.

In version v2.5, the 2024 forecast is KRW 7.2582 billion in orders, KRW 5.705 billion in revenue and KRW 1.6066 billion under the internal metric "profit" (이익). The 2025 targets are KRW 8.62 billion in orders, KRW 7.5 billion in revenue and KRW 1.9 billion in "operating profit" (영업이익).

The preceding v2.4 had lower 2024 forecasts: KRW 6.161 billion in orders, KRW 3.879 billion in revenue and KRW 1.295 billion under the internal profit metric. These are successive versions of the same plan. The medium-term scenario targets KRW 10 billion in revenue and KRW 2.5 billion in "operating profit" (영업이익) by 2027.

In the 2024 corporate plan, the components of the internal "sales profit" metric (매출이익), KRW 2.2 billion, KRW 1.35 billion and KRW 0.3 billion, total KRW 3.85 billion, whereas the summary shows KRW 3.95 billion. The internal discrepancy is KRW 100 million.

The sales plan contains inconsistent percentage labels. An increase from 122 to 230 projects is 88.52%, while the new value is 188.52% of the old value. A fall in average project value from KRW 27 million to KRW 10 million is a 62.96% decrease; 37.04% is the proportion of the original level remaining.

Engineering work logs record surveys, deployments, maintenance, consultations and proposal preparation. They record activities, including multiple activities at a single site.
