1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The materials contain HR data for the Laerdal group, compensation history, candidate and vacancy information, training history, organizational reference data, access settings, and Cornerstone support documents. The source directory contains 71 136 files totaling 17.13 GB across 175 subdirectories.
Most of the data is in User_Ou_standard_ODF and Reports. These folders retain recurring HR exports and reports. HR and payroll data link User ID to full names, contact details, date of birth, employment status, termination information, emergency contacts, and Salary amounts.
The ODF_Users HR export covers six companies: Laerdal Medical, Laerdal Global Health, Laerdal AS, Laerdal Invest, Laerdal Eiendom, and B-Line Medical. The country field contains 34 codes, including the United States, Norway, India, Mexico, China, and Denmark.
RecruitingLeadTimes brings together vacancies, approvals, hiring managers, candidates, and internal hiring justifications. Training materials include LearningLink history, SimMan and SimCapture training, corporate business continuity, and Cornerstone documentation. The SSO software files contain integration samples in C#, Java, and PHP.
Principal findings
The archived Users history contains 7 628 distinct User ID values and 6 397 distinct non-empty email addresses, counted without regard to letter case. It covers profile history from 26 July 2019 to 4 October 2026. Compensation contains salary amounts for 3 836 User ID values. HR files link profiles to contact details, dates of birth, emergency contacts, and termination reasons. MyPath logs add changes to salaries and bank details. The history contains repeated records for the same employees.

Users_04102026_1240.txt contains 7 519 distinct User ID values and 31 fields. Email is populated in 5 975 rows, with 5 953 distinct values. The country code is populated in 6 434 rows: 34 codes, including US in 1 449 rows. This HR export contains a separate set of profiles.

All 6 979 User ID values in BoardEmployees for 4 October 2026 are present in ODF_Users, and all 7 051 User ID values in ODF_Users are present in the archived Users export containing 7 519 identifiers. ODF_Users contains 72 profiles in addition to those in BoardEmployees: Employment Status is Terminated for 69 and blank for three. A further 468 profiles appear only in Users. The account activity status matches in every shared profile. Employment Status also matches for all 6 979 records shared by ODF_Users and BoardEmployees. The exports were generated at different times on 4 October. They do not specify the reasons for the differences in profile coverage.
In ODF_Users, 2 845 profiles have Active status. Among these, Employment Status is Working for 2 528, Terminated for 291, and On Leave for 22; the field is blank for four. A further 12 profiles have both InActive and Working. Account activity and employment status describe different attributes of a profile.

Preppio contains 841 distinct User ID values. Work email is populated in 839 rows, personal email in 559, and personal mobile number in 554. The same rows also contain names, companies, departments, managers, address fields, and employment dates.

Export_Lessor_payroll_DK contains 263 distinct User ID values and 197 populated National ID number values. Records are linked to full names, addresses, hire dates, FTE, job titles, teams, and Project code salary. Country values are DNK in 253 rows, SWE in seven, NOR in two, and DEU in one.

User_fields_for_RQI_import_file contains 1 517 distinct User ID values, 1 488 populated email addresses, and 1 290 dates of birth. All rows have User Status = Active. Accounts are linked to departments, job titles, locations, and employment dates.

The two HR exports from support case 01277524 each contain 5 783 distinct User ID values, with the same set of identifiers. In the first export, date of birth is populated in 4 596 rows, emergency contact in 2 698, and termination reason in 3 496. Between the two saved versions, 198 rows changed. Both versions describe the same profiles.

The Norway HR export contains 1 715 User ID values, 1 431 populated dates of birth, and 1 543 email addresses. It also contains names, usernames, gender, hire and termination dates, employment fractions, cost centers, and project codes. Employment Status contains 617 Working records, 1 087 Terminated, and 11 On Leave. Laerdal Medical is listed in 1 644 records, Laerdal Global Health in 65, and Laerdal AS in six.

The WinTid DK export contains 240 User ID values and 240 email addresses, along with names, usernames, gender, hire and termination dates, payroll managers, companies, and cost centers. Chatbot test file contains 2 825 User ID values, names, managers, job titles, hire dates, employment fractions, primary and secondary teams, product owners, and roles. Primary team is populated in 924 records and covers 129 distinct teams; secondary team is populated in 114. Chatbot skills data contains 7 155 skill records, 595 distinct full names, and 1 746 distinct skills. Chatbot job outline data contains 2 813 distinct full names and individual descriptions of jobs, responsibilities, and competency and education requirements.

The Norway organizational tables link 135 department identifiers to 125 cost centers, while the Denmark table links 45 departments to 51 cost centers.

The Users HR export dated 26 July 2019 contains 2 991 User ID values and 2 477 populated email addresses. The archived export dated 4 October 2026 contains 7 519 User ID values and 5 975 email addresses; address Line1 is populated in 2 754 rows, city in 2 789, and gender in 1 835. These profiles include active and inactive accounts.

The 2 April export contains 7 121 User ID values, including 2 849 profiles with Active=true; the 4 October export contains 7 519 User ID values and 2 964 profiles with Active=true. Salary, bonus, and benefit history
Compensation contains 20 283 rows for 4 416 distinct User ID values. Salary is populated in 19 703 rows relating to 3 836 distinct User ID values; the amount is positive in 19 647 rows and zero in 56. Currency ID contains 21 distinct values. Amounts in different currencies are not combined into a single payroll total.
Salary records retain the effective date of each amount and its last modification date. Salary Effective Date covers 2017-2026. Wage Type is Annual in 19 540 rows and Hourly in 163. The export contains a history of annual and hourly amounts, including repeated records for the same user.

The 27 Mypath logs contain 1 668 change records for 238 User ID values. Salary/Rate has 34 records for 34 User ID values with numeric new values; related records contain changes to currency and payment type. Bank Account Number (SVG) has 25 records for 24 User ID values: new values are populated in 25 records, and previous values in four. Records are linked to employee names, companies, work locations, dates, the person making the change, and the reason. The previous Salary/Rate value is blank in all 34 records. The 1 668 log rows contain 1 545 distinct records; some records recur across exports.

06. CANDIDATES, VACANCIES, AND HIRING JUSTIFICATIONS
RecruitingLeadTimes contains 138 172 rows and 46 fields for 795 distinct Requisition ID values. User ID is populated in 137 231 rows and contains 15 925 distinct values. Rows link vacancies to candidates. A vacancy or candidate may appear in multiple rows.
The data includes vacancy status, employment type, number of positions, creation and approval dates, opening and closing dates, recruitment duration, hiring managers and their email addresses, requisition owners, candidate status, names, and hire dates. Hiring Manager - Email is populated in 137 758 rows and contains 234 distinct addresses.

The justifications discuss shortages of specialists to build product data pipelines, the workload of Data managers, and the development of Data & AI. One text proposes creating a Data Discipline Manager position and redistributing direct reports among managers. 07. TRAINING HISTORY AND COMPETENCIES
The ten historical LearningLink exports contain 84 041 rows. Course and completion date are populated in 72 466 rows; there are 68 529 distinct records with both fields populated. Training dates range from 1 January 2010 to 6 December 2018. Institution Name contains Laerdal Medical.
Training records link learners' names to courses, training duration and completion, educational credits, professions, and licensing information. License Number is populated in nine rows and contains four distinct values. Credit Type, Credit Units, Discipline, and License State are populated in 64 rows; values include Registered Nurses, Paramedic, and the states NY, OH, CT, PA, and TX.
Text exports from three BoomiValidatedFiles directories and ten LearningLink tables contain the same annual data. Working tables also link LearningLink and QualityLink course versions, including Quality System Manual and Identify Components.
