1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The dataset contains 21,592 files totaling 10.41 GB and 8,128 directories across six root sections: Brad-Win11, HOST01, MGT, CurrentStable, PBTESTING and DYRSL. It combines software and operating-system resources, downloaded publications and training material, business documents, client exports, administration records and personal documents.

A substantial part of the business files is stored in the historical MORCON / PatronBase archive and in BradPC-Downloads. The consulting data comprises 1,150 files totaling 405.69 MB. PatronBase contains 498 files totaling 257.86 MB; its Clients directory contains 328 files totaling 145.75 MB, distributed across 16 client folders and two files at the root. Separate MorCon directories contain finance, corporate-registration, tax-administration and three non-PatronBase client sets.

The client material covers ticketing systems, audience and membership imports, sales and payment reporting, hosted-service deployment, quotations, software agreements and support cases. Blacktown Workers contains 19 XLSX files in the 'BWC Group - PatronBase Dump_PE' series totaling 90.60 MB; the client folder contains 46 files in total. Other clients with detailed material include Townsville, Street Theatre, Newcastle Theatre Company, Australian Dance Theatre, Friends of The Australian Ballet and Wanneroo Repertory.

BradPC-Downloads contains 913 files totaling 784.43 MB: business exports, support notes, manuals, reference publications and personal documents. It includes member lists, PatronBase sales, donations, reconciliations, sign-in data, authentication-method registration, device information and web analytics. The work and management directories also contain material from 2025 and 2026.

The structured data includes a 1.25 MB sign-in export, a 1.10 MB outbound-connector report, a 1.21 MB supplier price list, three licence-key CSV files, a 0.96 MB marketing-member CSV and eleven postcode-preparation files. Brad-Win11 and MGT contain twelve MORCON and PBA mail-signature files for the [Link entfernt] and [Link entfernt] domains.

Thirteen files relate to credentials, access keys and account-recovery codes. They include M365_Cred.txt, [Link entfernt], au-audemo_accessKeys.csv, MEGA-RECOVERYKEY, recovery-code files, stripe_backup_code and TeamViewer recovery code. Separate files contain connection strings, hosted and remote-access information, software-activation material and licensing data. Personal documents include a passport, driving licences, six birth-certificate files, a tax-file-number document and 18 payslip files.

Twenty client directories contain support cases, errors, refunds, reconciliations and fixes; the Geraldton directory separately contains 'Fraud Tickets-Oct 2018' material. Employment and health material includes 18 payslips, a Single Touch Payroll PDF, five superannuation files and 18 medication, Medicare, health, COVID or wellness items.

Storage volume and data sensitivity are distributed differently. Five library, training and downloaded-material directories contain 1,822 files totaling 7.78 GB, or 74.74% of the total volume. Operational and personal records occupy less space and contain information about organizations, client work and specific individuals.

The structured data extends well beyond the client folders. The business and work directories contain 99 CSV/XLSX files on members, patrons, customers, audiences, subscribers and email addresses; 68 structured files on sales, tickets, payments, refunds, reconciliations, bookings, donations and contributions; and 38 administration files on sign-ins, authentication, users, devices, licence keys, access keys and activity. Some files relate to more than one subject.

The timeline connects historical client and finance work with later cloud administration and reporting. The material spans import variants from 2014 through sales, identity and management reports from 2025. The 2026 material includes AddressFinder statistics, land-tax assessments, meeting documents, invoices, quotations and service reports retained in the Outlook cache.
